Lupa 1.jpg

"Let a horse whisper in your ear and breathe on your heart. You will never regret it."

Lupa is a cross between a draft and American Quarter Horse born July 11, 2011. She was adopted in August 2017 and came to live and work at Finding Hiawatha Animal Assisted Therapy Ranch in September 2017. Lupa does have soreness in her joints because of her large boned breed being bred with a horse that has a smaller bone structure. Lupa also has a split ear due to an accident with a barbed wire fence when living with her previous owner. She is curious and fun loving, always the first horse to greet people in the paddock’s. She is our youngest yet biggest therapy horse.
