Counseling Intern
Caroline is a clinical intern currently pursuing her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Texas Christian University.
Her undergraduate experience in evolutionary psychology informs her clinical lens and curiosity about the motivational systems and adaptive strategies that shape human behavior. Her passion for entrepreneurial thinking informs her creative, non-formulaic approach to therapy. She values precision, perspective, and flexibility - tailoring her work to honor the unique emotional architecture that shapes each client’s inner world.

Caroline’s clinical experience at Eating Recovery Center and Cirque Lodge shaped her interest in the layered nature of trauma, emotion regulation, and identity development. Her work with experiential modalities at Cirque – particularly equine therapy – underscored the importance of presence, trust, and attunement in facilitating meaningful therapeutic movement.
Caroline draws from an integrative blend of person-centered, psychodynamic, and Adlerian frameworks to support clients in understanding the patterns and dynamics that shape how they move through the world – especially when those patterns feel hard to name or even harder to change. Her collaborative approach is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t come from “fixing” what’s broken, but from deepening understanding, honoring emotional complexity, and cultivating resilience. It’s about tapping into the most authentic, self-directed version of yourself to create a life that’s aligned, intentional, and fully your own.
