Caitlin approaches therapy through a systemic lens, understanding each person within the context of their relationships, environments, and life experiences. She integrates experiential, person-centered, nature-based, narrative, play-based, and mindfulness approaches to create a compassionate and collaborative space where clients can explore their stories, deepen self-understanding, and foster meaningful growth.
She works with clients of all ages both in person and via telehealth, offering flexibility and accessibility in the therapeutic process. She has experience supporting individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, neurodiversity, autism spectrum, relational challenges, parent coaching, self-esteem, and identity development.
With a background in animal care, working with birds of prey and large cats, Caitlin brings a deep appreciation for the healing bond between humans and animals. At Finding Hiawatha Therapy, she enjoys incorporating the calming and restorative presence of animals into sessions as part of the therapeutic experience.
